Take advantage of the washing machines. they’re free and perfect for rainy weather. Just remember to bring washing nets for delicate items.

I can't believe the lack of room service unless you stay for three nights! I found the light from outside constant lighting up the small bedroom, which made it impossible to sleep well. The bathroom was even smaller than expected, making my experience really uncomfortable.

I stayed in a Hollywood Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The staff were really helpful, even letting us store our luggage for a few days. It's a great location, walking distance to both Tenjin and Hakata stations. Plus, the amenities were on point!

the so-called 'delicious' breakfast was an absolute disappointment, especially since they started closing down the buffet before the stated time. also, the staff failed to explain the breakfast card system, which left me confused. i expected to be treated like royalty but i guess that's too much to ask here.

The room was small, but it had a fridge, hairdryer, and flat-screen TV. Shower was nice, and enjoyed the back massage at the spa. Good free toiletries, and the bed was cozy. Everything clean with air conditioning and heating. Close to both subway stations and luggage storage was helpful!
